After
33 years of service, Hugo retired from the federal government and joined
CMA in 1993 as a tax preparer. Hugo's background in writing government
policies and procedures provides him with the skills essential in
researching complex tax issues and interpreting IRS regulations. Hugo's
specialties include the preparation of state and multi-state tax
returns. In his spare time he enjoys reading, traveling and the peaceful
solitude of being in the mountains.
